Google works on new translation software

The Internet company Google wants to clearly improve the automatic translation of Web contents. In the future it should be world-wide possible users, with one clicks understandable translations between the most common languages to call up. The reported the US industry service “CNet” yesterday with reference to Franz Och, director/conductor of a project for automated translations with Google.
So far were based appropriate applications to Vokabellisten, which were linked with grammatical rules. Google sets with the development of new translators however on the statistic evaluation of languages. At the Internet company one supplies a software with numerous identical texts in different languages. The program is to provide independently statistic analyses. On their basis translations are then made.
The quality is not perfect, but clearly better than with the available routines. “Some people, which had to do our results from Arab already longer with machine translations and to English saw, were impressed”, like that Och.
